Information we collect
We receive the contact details you submit, including your telephone or WhatsApp number, and your answers about your current stage as a creator and the support you are seeking. We also receive information you provide when discussing your enquiry with us.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your answers to assess whether our services may be a suitable match for you. If we identify a potential match, we use your contact details to get in touch, including through WhatsApp, and discuss your enquiry and our services.
How enquiries are handled
Within NOVAX AGENCY LLC, María Alexandra is responsible for reviewing and handling these enquiries.
Our forms are hosted on Meta’s platforms. As we manage an enquiry, we may also use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and a private CRM panel to organize the information and communicate with you. Providers supporting these tools may process information in connection with providing their services.
Meta, WhatsApp, and other platform providers also handle information under their own applicable privacy terms. This notice describes how NOVAX AGENCY LLC handles your enquiry.
Our private panel and this public notice are hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure.
Our hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and access time, to deliver and protect the website. They may use security cookies, including Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to this notice page.
Technical request and error logs are distinct from lead-form submissions and enquiry records. This notice does not set a retention period for technical hosting logs.
How long we keep lead information
We retain lead-form submissions and related lead-management records for six months from the date of submission. After that period, we delete those records from the systems and copies under our control. This applies to all submissions, including enquiries that result in a client relationship.
This notice concerns lead and enquiry records. It does not set retention periods for separate records arising from services subsequently purchased. Our deletion commitment does not govern records independently controlled by platform providers.
